General Information

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags, or disposing of any original packaging. In the rare occasion that your item is faulty, please contact our customer service to resolve the issue by emailing support@moiere.com.

 

Return Process

  1. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we only accept returns which have been returned on time and meet the requirements of our return policy below.
  2. For returns within Germany, please use our return portal

 

Return Policies

Your products needs to meet the following requirements:

  1. Products needs to be unworn
  2. The product/security tag needs be undamaged attached
  3. The original order confirmation has to be attached. Please be aware that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
  4. The products must be returned in the original packaging

 

Refunds will be issued via original payment method within two weeks after processing and cornfirming the return. PayPal refunds can take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPals own refund regulations. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded (for shipments outside the EU).We reserve the right to refuse your return due to damage or signs of use. If your return will be refused due to these reasons the item will be returned to you from our warehouse and the refund can not be issued.

We currently don't offer exchanges. If you are interested in an other item, you will need to return the original order for a refund and place a new order accordingly.
