General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped as insured packages from Germany with DHL. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Please note, processing times can take up to 5 business days during sale and holiday periods. Please note as well that unexpected delays may occur of which MOIERE has no control over and is not responsible for. 

Orders usually can't be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. In case you made a wrong order, please contact our Customer support immediately here. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We can't ship to PO Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

*1 Day Express shipping between working days (Mo-Fr) only. Express orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Mondays.

 

Duties & Taxes

International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore, every buyer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
