General

Yes! You can go swimming, wash your hands or even wear it for your daily shower. The gold does not change through water and retains its colour. BUT please be aware that the best way to preserve your jewelry is to take it off before it comes into contact with water.


In general, we recommend avoiding contact with shower products and salt water to preserve the shiny gold for years.

You can return the item within 30 days after they are send to you. For more information please follow our return policy.

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to change your order, please contact us at support@moiere.com as soon as possible. 


We will do our best to make this happen before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this.

  • Clean with warm water and mild detergent. Afterwards dry throughly with a soft towel or a jewelry cloth.


  • Always protect your pieces from scratches, chemicals and extreme temperatures
  • Store your jewelry in a clean and dry space
  • Be sure to remove before swimming in chlorined water
  • Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry.
  • Please take care when using creams or lotions with aggressive ingredients as they may cause damage to your jewelry.

Unlike large companies in the jewellery industry, our jewellery is made in small, family-run and ethically managed manufactories in Germany. 

You can receive a 5% code for your first order by subscribing to our newsletter.


Once you have confirmed your email address in the box provided on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. After you have confirmed this email by clicking on "Yes, I want to subscribe". You will then receive an email with your 5% code which you can use by entering it in the Gift Card or Discount box at checkout.


It may happen that the email ends up in the junk folder. So please check there too if the code is not in your inbox.

Shipping

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email support@moiere.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  1. the price paid for the goods,
  2. the insurance cost,
  3. the shipping cost.

  1. Please take a picture of the item(s) you received and the delivery note listing the items you ordered.
  2. Send us an email to support@moiere.com with the attached picture and your order number.

Order

We are very sorry that an item is missing. We will help you to get the product as soon as possible.


In some cases, several pieces of jewellery are stored in a box and one is hidden in the foam or underneath. If you find a piece of jewellery missing, please check the foam and the box.


It can't be found - If you have already searched everything for the missing piece of jewellery and it still can't be found, don't worry, we will find a solution.


Please send us a picture of the package, the delivery note and the contents of your package to support@moiere.com. We will be happy to help you.

If you find that the address you have provided is incorrect or you have inadvertently provided an address that you do not wish to use for the order, please email us at support@moiere.com as soon as possible.


As long as the package is not shipped, we can change your address and ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address.

Our gift cards are online electronic gift cards that are sent to you by email. 

You will receive a file with a code that you can print or forward electronically if you wish.


To avoid sending physical cards, we only offer online gift cards.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:


Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Instalment purchase : With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

Direct debit: The debit will take place after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by e-mail. (Please only list those payment methods here that are also offered by you).

The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit assessment. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
